You will need equity capital of around €15,000-20,000 and the openness to use external financing if necessary. You should also be prepared to invest around one hour per day in digital control, evaluations and organization during ongoing operations.

The time frame is individual, but is currently usually between 6 and 8 months. How quickly it actually happens depends primarily on factors such as the search for a location, official processes and your own involvement. We support you throughout the process so that all steps can be implemented in parallel and as efficiently as possible.

The investment costs are around € 250 per square meter and can vary slightly depending on the location, condition of the property and individual design. FITOMAT studios generally range between 150 and 1,500 square meters, which means that the total costs depend on the size of the studio. We would be happy to discuss in detail which setup makes sense for your location and how the investment is actually made up.

Yes, we work with financing partners and guide you through the entire financing process. If you prefer to work with your house bank, we will of course also bring them into play - the decision is entirely up to you. There are also franchisees who implement their FITOMAT studio completely without external financing.

FITOMAT accompanies new founders, experienced entrepreneurs and investors through the entire start-up process - from location evaluation and studio planning to expansion, marketing, system setup and operational preparation. All steps are interlinked so that you benefit from clear processes, proven standards and structured implementation and can concentrate on the successful launch of your studio.

In addition, we provide you with a trained support team that answers your members' queries quickly, competently and reliably. This ensures that your studio remains efficiently organized during operation, while you can concentrate on management, growth and optimization.

We take possible start-up losses into account as early as the conservative business planning stage and calculate appropriate reserves - provision is an integral part of the concept. However, if there are any deviations, we will provide you with targeted support to increase your visibility and further sharpen your offering. Particularly in the first six months, the most crucial phase after opening, we are at your side to react and take countermeasures at an early stage.

Yes, there are company cooperations, and the effort for you is minimal. Aggregators such as Urban Sports Club, EGYM Wellpass, Hansefit or Wellhub integrate your studio into central corporate fitness networks that are used by numerous companies. You generate additional revenue for every check-in via these platforms. At the same time, you can reach new target groups who want to train flexibly without having to make a long-term commitment - without having to actively acquire new members yourself.
